Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, it is possible to change or cancel an order after it has been placed. You can do this by sending an email to 262sports@gmail.com, where our team will assist you further and ensure that the change or cancellation of your order is processed. We are here to support you in adjusting your order!

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

If you order before 15:00, your package will be shipped the same day. After that, it will take 2-3 working days before your package is delivered to your home.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order via the track & trace link you received by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a unique link that allows you to view the status of your package in real time. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you!

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, 262Sports currently only delivers in the Netherlands.

Are the products sustainable and environmentally friendly?

All yarns we use carry the Oeko-Tex quality mark. This means that they have been tested for harmful substances and meet strict requirements for health and environmental friendliness. So you can wear our socks with peace of mind.
